INFORMATION:
We are very proud that our Pearl Matcha blend is comprised of fine Organic Pearl River green tea leaves. Within this region, these beautiful leaves are still plucked, refined and handled in the same tradition as centuries ago. With this blend, what differs is the patented method by which this leaf has been ground to produce matcha. To create it, only the finest leaves are processed and ground using a traditional Japanese stone grinder to powder the tea. Once powdered, the leaves fully release their rich antioxidant and polyphenol content and develop the thick, smooth, earthy character for which it has come to be prized. We're sure you'll love our Pearl Matcha and savour it as much as we do!
