This exquisite coffee, from Finca los Pinos in the Region of Aranjuez Matagalpa, Nicaragua is grown with love and care by the Corrales Family. I had the great pleasure of chatting with Don Byron Corrales as he described the love and hard work that goes into operating his organic farm. In our conversation, Byron expressed that through his coffee, he would love to share his culture and music of the northern Region of Nicaragua.
