Durable and colourful small French press

The GROSCHE BASEL is a durable and colourful small French press available here in red in a 3 cup (800ml capacity). The protective housing is very sturdy and keeps the handmade, heatproof borosilicate glass beaker safe at all times. Use a coarse ground coffee to create a bold and strong cup of your favourite coffee beans. The design of the French press allows the coffee to extract all the flavours and oils in just a few minutes.

Dual filter system

The BASEL small French press comes with GROSCHE’s dual filter system.  The stainless steel three-plate filter press system will not rust, even when the press in use every day. It will also not impart a metallic taste into your drink. The second filter is directly integrated into the lid and prevents larger grinds from getting into your cup. Close the lid during brewing or steeping to retain heat and extract the full flavour of your coffee or tea. Remember to use coarse ground coffee for best results. All loose leaf teas should work well in this tea press.

Easy and budget-friendly

The BASEL Colourful Coffee and Tea Press does not require electricity or paper filters, allowing you to brew a budget-friendly and environmentally-conscious cup of coffee or tea.  It features a comfortable handle that lets you pour your tea or coffee easily and can also be cleaned very easily. It is dishwasher-safe, but we recommend hand washing the components in order to ensure a long life.
